美国杰根斯公司成立于1942年, 工厂设在美国俄亥俄州的克里夫兰,生产和销售种类齐全的工装夹具标准件、紧固件、夹持元件等等。其中最具创造性的产品是球锁快速装夹系统.利用该系统, 成套夹具的换装时间可从原来的2到3小时缩短到少于1分钟, 而且回复精度可确保在=/-0.013 mm 以内, 大大提高机床的利用效率。工人无需特别训练即可操作。

Jergens offers wide range of off-the-shelf standard components for workholding, fastening, thread reinforcement and lifting, of which, the patented Ball-Lock mounting system, ElectraLock Clamps, and Staylock^TMClamps are the most innovative products that we are proud of. With Jergens unique Ball-Lock mounting system, fixture changeover time can be reduced to less than 1 minute from previous 2 to 3 hours using traditional methods, and repeatability of +/-0.0005" can be maintained. No particular training is needed for setting up and operating Ball-Lock mounting system.
